This social housing project successfully completed construction in 2024 and is now home to 18 tenants. The project was developed in partnership between an established social housing provided and the state government. The design incorporates 8 platinum level and 10 gold level apartments, its designed with longevity and ageing in place in mind. The project was a finalist in the 2024 UDIA awards for its category.

This project was prepared as a concept design as part of a Marina, retail and commercial development in Eden NSW. Located on the foreshore of Sung Cove, the project sought to activate the waterfront, provide a destination for locals to explore and tour operators to locate their businesses.
The development included marina facilities, restaurant, function room and retail / commercial tenancies.

Council Approved in 2024, this multi-residential apartment project includes 18 apartments over 5 stories with an additional roof top pool, gym and BBQ terrace.
Apartments are between 3 and 4 bedrooms with additional media rooms, large kitchens, walk in robes and multiple car spaces. Construction documentation is underway with construction due to commence later in 2025.
